This weekday update includes information from the States of Alderney on key infrastructure and operational services on island, in addition to active COVID cases. All information in this bulletin is correct at the time of release (2.15pm 27th July 2021).

COVID status
12 cases (15 recoveries) with no new community seeding.

PCR tests
1220 (+/-20).

Hospital

Normal service.
Zero (0) patients admitted.

Island Medical Centre
Continuing with daily testing, no one seriously ill.

Normal service in operation
Fire Crew at full strength.

Ambulance Service
Normal service in operation
Adequate volunteer levels.

Police
Fully resourced
Extra resources still being sent over for any pop up events.

Regardless of the number of the active cases in the islands, or the extent of the vaccination programme, responding immediately to symptoms remains one of the most important thing that people can do, alongside practicing good respiratory and hand hygiene.
