States acts on ‘vaccine misinformation’
1 min read
The States of Guernsey is aware of anonymous literature being circulated on the Island that contains misinformation regarding the COVID-19 vaccination programme.
Guernsey, in common with jurisdictions around the world, has been consistently guided by the latest information in respect of the safety and efficacy of vaccines and is disappointed that factually incorrect, and unattributed, literature is being shared locally.
We would strongly advise that anyone who has concerns about the vaccine uses evidence-based resources before they decide whether to accept the COVID-19 vaccine offer or not.
You may find published information from the US’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) helpfil.
