To quote this talented bartender
“Ginger Rogers of whom it was once said: ‘she can do everything Astaire can do, but backwards in high heels’”
- Jim Beam Kentucky bourbon
- diced stem ginger
- ginger syrup
- splash of lemon juice
- and just a little ginger ale.
Served, of course, with ginger nut biscuits.
Crush the ginger nut biscuits, dip the rim of the glass in some of the ginger syrup and then dip into the cruushed ginger nuts.
